Calendar Family
Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 February 2026
By using Calendar Family ("the Service"), operated by Zoom Buzz Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.
What the Service does
Calendar Family synchronises calendar events between your Google and Microsoft calendar accounts. You authorise us to read from and write to your calendars when you connect a provider and create connections between calendars.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to access the calendars you connect.
- You are responsible for the connections you create and the data that is synchronised.
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Our responsibilities
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and your data secure.
- We store the minimum data necessary to operate the Service: your account identifier, calendar metadata, and authentication tokens.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest.
Data and privacy
- Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
- Calendar event data passes through our servers during synchronisation but is not stored beyond what is needed for sync operations.
- Sync operation records are retained temporarily for debugging and are automatically expired.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by removing all providers and contacting support.
Availability and liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We are not liable for any data loss, missed events, or synchronisation errors.
- We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
